Our Yoga and Laughter Therapy Classes offer a unique and joyful experience that combines the benefits of yoga and laughter to promote overall well-being, stress relief, and a sense of lightheartedness. These classes provide a supportive and playful environment where participants can explore the healing power of laughter while engaging in gentle yoga movements, breathwork, and meditation. The classes will include the following: Laughter Exercises: The classes will start with laughter exercises designed to stimulate genuine laughter. These exercises may include playful activities, laughter-inducing games, or guided laughter prompts. The goal is to encourage spontaneous laughter, which has numerous physical and emotional benefits. Gentle Yoga Movements: Following the laughter exercises, participants will engage in gentle yoga movements and poses that promote relaxation, flexibility, and body awareness.
