We offer private sessions on all of the classes and courses we offer, whether it be yoga, meditation, stress management, art, etc. We offer a personalized and tailored experience that caters to your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you are a beginner looking to establish a solid foundation, an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, or someone with specific health concerns, our private classes provide one-on-one guidance and support to help you achieve your desired outcomes. We offer flexibility in scheduling. The private classes will include the following: Personalized Assessment: Before the first session, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your goals, health history, any physical limitations or injuries, and your previous experience with yoga, meditation, stress management, etc. This assessment will help us create a customized program that suits your unique requirements. Customized Practice: Based on the assessment, we will design a yoga, meditation, or stress management practice specifically tailored to your needs. The practice may include a combination of yoga poses, breathwork, meditation techniques, and relaxation exercises. The sequences will be adapted to your abilities, taking into consideration any physical limitations or goals you have. Individualized Alignment and Adjustments: In private sessions, you will receive personalized attention and hands-on adjustments from the instructor. This ensures proper alignment, safety, and optimal benefits from each posture/practice. The instructor will provide guidance to help you deepen your poses, improve posture, and enhance your overall practice. Mindfulness and Meditation Guidance: Private classes offer an opportunity to receive specific guidance and support in cultivating mindfulness and meditation practices. The instructor will guide you through various meditation techniques, breath awareness, or visualization exercises based on your preferences and goals.
