Service Description
We offer sessions where we combine 4 different styles of yoga for those who would like to experience and engage in multiple types of yoga. The yoga styles in our sessions are: Hatha Yoga: This yoga style encompasses many physical postures and breath control techniques. It focuses on aligning the body and mind through gentle movements and sustained poses, promoting balance, strength, and flexibility. Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes movement with breath. It involves smoothly transitioning from one pose to another, creating a continuous flow. Vinyasa classes often include creative sequencing and variations, providing a vigorous and energizing practice. Yin Yoga: Yin yoga focuses on passive, longer-held poses that target the connective tissues and joints. It promotes deep relaxation, flexibility, and release of tension. Yin yoga is characterized by stillness, surrender, and introspection. Power Yoga: Power yoga is a vigorous and athletic style influenced by Ashtanga yoga. It focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance through fast-paced movements and challenging sequences. Power yoga classes often incorporate dynamic flows and intense poses. Participants of all experience levels are welcome!
