Service Description

We offer sessions where we combine 2 different styles of meditation. The meditation styles in our sessions are: Yoga Nidra Meditation: Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing and meditative practice. In this meditation, participants lie down and are guided through a systematic relaxation technique that induces a state of deep rest and heightened awareness, allowing for physical, mental, and emotional rejuvenation. ​ Body Scan Meditation: Body scan meditation involves systematically scanning and bringing attention to different parts of the body, observing sensations, and cultivating body awareness. The practice promotes relaxation, tension release, and increased mindfulness of the physical body.
